Frequently asked questions
Are the planners downloads?
No. Our planners are installable web apps, not files. You open them in your browser and can add them to your home screen on phone, tablet or computer (Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone/iPad; menu → Install app on Android and Chrome).
Do the planners already exist?
Yes — Christmas Brain, Christmas Meal Planner and New Year Reset are all working web apps available to buy now on Etsy at £5.99 each. Each product page links straight to its own Etsy listing, and Etsy handles checkout and delivery. None is sold through this website's own checkout.
What is New Year Reset?
A gentle interactive yearly planner: Little Steps, a calendar, a Sunday Reset and a low-energy mode. It needs no account, and your notes are saved locally on your own device with local backups. It is a digital interactive web app, £5.99 on Etsy, with instant link access delivered by Etsy.
Who handles payment and delivery?
Etsy does, for a purchase made through its listing: Etsy takes your payment and sends you the access and install instructions. This website does not take payment, and buying on Etsy does not create a Button & List account or unlock My Library here.
How will I access a planner bought on this site?
Once this website's checkout opens, a confirmed purchase will appear in My Library with an “Open My Planner” link, unlocked only after your payment is verified. This is separate from the planners' existing claim and approval systems, which are unaffected and keep working for current owners.
Where is my planner data kept?
Christmas Brain is local-first: your data stays on your own device. The two Christmas planners offer JSON backup and export, so you can always keep a copy of your lists and plans. New Year Reset saves its notes locally on your device, with local backups.
Is the cooking timetable medically or scientifically checked?
The Christmas Meal Planner's timetable is built from trusted cooking times as a planning guide. You can adjust the timings yourself — the app does not automatically verify cooking durations.
Can I buy colouring books here?
Books are sold through Amazon, not on this site. Each book page will link to its exact Amazon listing once that title is published and confirmed by the owner.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). All three planners are £5.99.
What is your refund policy?
See our Digital products & refunds page. It is currently a draft awaiting the owner's approval.
